: The following things should be mentioned in the multi-modal waybill:-
(a) Nature of goods, identification marks, details of dangerous goods, details of package (poka) or number, total weight or quantity of goods and other details as filed by the sender, (b) External condition of goods,
(c) the name and principal place of business of the multimodal transport operator,
(d) Name and address of the sender,
(e) If the sender mentions the name of the recipient, details of the same,
(f) the place and date of receipt of the goods by the multimodal transport operator,
(g) the place, date and time period for the transfer of goods as agreed between the parties to the multimodal transport contract,
(h) details of what is a multimodal bill of lading with or without exchangeable rights,
(i) Date and place of issue of multimodal waybill,
(j) Signature of Multimodal Transport Operator or his authorized representative,
(k) details of the shipping charges to be paid by the consignee or the sender or if shipping charges have already been paid,
(l) the way and means of transporting the goods as agreed between the parties of the multimodal transport contract,
(d) Other matters agreed to be included in the multimodal waybill by the parties to the multimodal transport contract.
